I’m so glad you are here!

Hello! I’m Crystal Lange, a perinatal educator, certified doula, and passionate advocate for growing families. Since entering birth work in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of authoring and co-authoring childbirth education curriculum for a local hospital and supporting more than 200 families each year through evidence-based education and compassionate doula care.

I believe families deserve truthful, balanced information so they can make informed decisions with confidence. As a Christian, I view birth work as an opportunity to serve others with compassion, excellence, and grace.

When I’m not teaching or supporting families, you’ll find me traveling, spending time with my family, friends, and pets, hiking, or simply enjoying a good laugh. I’m honored to be part of your journey and look forward to equipping and encouraging you along the way.
